Directions from ME Points North

•  8 Miles, 15 minutes from Acton, ME area. • Head South on ME-109 towards Sanford, ME • Turn left onto ME-11A / Bridge St. , Rite Aid will be on your left. • Take the next right. • Continue for 0.7 mi and turn left onto Coleco Ln.8 Miles,

Directions from ME Points South

• 16 Miles, 30 minutes from Wells, ME area. • Exit 19 Off Rt. 95 North. • Head West on ME-9 / ME-109 / Sanford Rd • Continue straight on this road for approximately 12 mi from the Maine Turnpike entrance in Wells. • At roundabout, take 2nd exit onto ME-109 / Main St, continuing straight for 2.6 mi. • Turn right onto Washington St. which is the first right after you pass Dunkin Donuts which will be on your left.  • Continue on this road, passing through two traffic lights, noting that the road name changes to River St, 1.5 mi. • At the next traffic light, bear left onto ME-224 / Pleasant St. • Turn right on Coleco Ln., 0.2 miles.

Directions from ME and NH Points East

• 16 Miles, 25 minutes from Rochester, NH Area. • Head East on US-202 / RT-11 through Rochester, NH, continuing through Lebanon, ME, until you arrive in Sanford, ME, approximately 13 miles. • Turn left onto ME-11A / Oak St 3.3 mi, passing through a flashing yellow light. • You are now in Springvale, ME • Continue through the next traffic light, going past Rite Aid, and take the next right. • Road name changes to ME-224 / Bridge St. • Continue for 0.7 mi and turn left onto Coleco Ln.

Directions from ME Points West

• 17 Miles, 30 minutes from Biddeford, ME area. • Head West on ME-111 / Alfred St for 13 mi. • Road changes to US-202 / ME-4A / Carl Broggi Hwy / Sanford Rd, continue straight for 2.5 mi. • Turn right onto ME-224 / Shaws Ridge Rd (John Deer Tractor Dealership on the corner), continue 1.3 mi. • Continue straight after passing through the traffic light (Carl J. Lamb school on your left). • Take your next right onto Coleco Ln. 0.2 miles.
